MBA (Food Technology & Food Enterprise Management)
The MBA in Food Technology and Food Enterprise Management (FT-FEM) at the Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts and Nutrition Science (SSCANS) is a two-year full-time programme that bridges food technology, nutrition, and business management to prepare future leaders for the food sector. Students gain expertise across core areas including food processing and packaging, sensory science, food safety and regulations, supply chain management, food industry data analytics, consumer insights, and operations management. The curriculum blends classroom learning, laboratory training, industry projects, and internships in the leading food industries across India, complemented by expert talks and field visits. Students engage in case studies, hands-on experiments, and collaborative live-projects while being continuously assessed through presentations and practical demonstrations, ensuring they graduate industry-ready, confident, and capable of driving innovation in food processing and enterprise management.

Graduate from any recognized University / Institution of National Importance in Food Technology, Hotel Management, Home Science, Food Science & Quality Control, Culinary Arts, Food Ecology / Sustainability, Packaging Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Food Engineering etc., with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes) at graduation level.
